A standout whisky from The Lakes Distillery in the heart of the Lake District. True to their reputation as a sherry-led producer, No.7 is a warming, indulgent dram. The final release in The Whiskymaker’s Reserve series, it’s matured in a combination of Oloroso, PX, and red wine casks, giving layers of rich sweetness and depth. Expect notes of ripe fruits, salted butterscotch, and a rounded, velvety richness. Bottled at 52% ABV, it has plenty of power for exploring with water, but is wonderfully rewarding neat.
