"A sherry cask with a powerful peat punch at the start. This gives way to the sweet spices behind it. Well worth trying if you're a peat monster or even if you're not. Some peat can make a whisky taste quite dry, not in this case, this one is bursting with juices. The after taste leaves you with a dark treacle and tobacco flavour which isn't overwhelming and really quite pleasant."
